Please leave the Park as you found it.
Failure to pick up dog waste or your own rubbish will lead to a refusal of future use.

Leave 5 minutes at the end of your session to check the park is clear of dog waste and rubbish.

Please leave promptly at the end of your session:
Any user who overstays will be restricted from using the Park in the future. If you arrive early, please remain in your vehicle with your dogs until the previous user has left the park. This is to prevent any stress to nervous or reactive dogs arriving or leaving a session. Do not enter the park whilst someone else is using it.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGE
Using the park is entirely at your own risk. Argyll Active Paws accepts, no liability for the death or injury of any dogs or persons, this includes losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses, or other liability incurred whilst inside or outside the park. This also refers to any person or dogs within your group/family.

You are liable for any damages caused inside or outside of the park by you or any person or dogs in your group. Please check your Pet Insurance has public liability coverage.

ETIQUETTE
Please give people and dogs plenty of space. Any disrespectful behaviour will lead to refusal of future use of Park.

Please respect our neighbour’s privacy and try and keep any barking to a minimum.

DO AND DON’TS

Please do not drop litter or leave toys or uneaten treats in the park.
This could cause a serious issue with other dog users. Dogs may swallow them and become ill, so please insure you take everything home with you at the end of your session.

No Smoking anywhere on site.

No Grooming anywhere on site.

No Throwing of sticks or stones for your dogs. These items may cause harm.

Do not let your dog dig holes on site.
If your dog likes to dig holes, please encourage them to use  the sand pit area. If your dog digs any holes outside of this area, refill them and report it for safety and security reasons.

Please always have a ratio of no more than 4 dogs to 1 adult.
If you have friends or family in the session with you, please ensure that they read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions before they come along to the park with you.

All dogs that are in the same session, must get along within their group, before they use the facility.

EQUIPMENT
Argyll Active Paws is not liable for any death, damage, injury or loss to any persons or animal while using the facility or the equipment within it or to any third party because of any person or dog.

The equipment is for canine use only. Please ensure your dog is physically fit and strong enough before using any of the equipment in the park. If unsure your dog can use this facility, please visit your vet for check-up and advice. Do not use the equipment in wet or icy conditions as the surfaces can be slippery.

Dogs must not be picked up and placed on the obstacles. We advise that a harness is worn on your dog so that you can support the dog during the exercise on the obstacles. Please give your dog’s time to build confidence when using the obstacles. Not every dog likes to be up high and always give them the option of not doing that exercise. Take your time to build your dog’s confidence. Start with smaller obstacles and reward.

Ensure you have properly warmed up your dog before using any of the obstacles or jumps. We suggest that you allow your dog to run about for a few minutes to allow this. Always start with the smaller, slower, simpler exercises to build confidence and warm up your dog’s muscles, before continuing to the more complicated skills.

HEALTH AND WELFARE

All does must be vaccinated and kept up to date with their worming schedule before entering the park. 
Please do not bring your dog to the park if it has been unwell in the last 48 hours. Doing so can be harmful to other dogs.

Never leave your dog unattended in the park and no dogs to be left in vehicles while you walk other dogs in the park.

Please check the weather forecast and assess whether you and your dog will be comfortable in the weather that is forecasted for your session. The park is an outdoor facility and in winter the ground many be muddy and slippery and if it is sunny, it will be hot. Please take this into consideration when booking a session. We strongly advise you to reschedule your session 24 hours in advance if the weather is not suitable for you.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Cancellations and amendments must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking. No refund will be given, we will reschedule your booking for you. Email or call the site office to make changes to your booking.

PRIVACY
Argyll Active Paws is committed to ensure that your privacy is protected.

We hold your personal information to provide you with a service and for internal record keeping. Your name and email address are needed to keep track of payments and to send out gate access code if required. If you opt out to receive news updates you can do this option at any time. We will never pass on your information to any third party. By processing your booking and indicating that you would like to receive further information, you consent to us using your personal information in the above ways.

PRICES
The standard booking fee covers 1-4 dogs; for each additional dog there is a charge of £2.00. A maximum of 8 dogs are allowed in each session with 2 or more people attending. Card payments online with Stripe. Card or cash payments for advance bookings available at site office within business working hours.
